Our Logo

The shape of the logo represents the path of growth through four interconnected core beliefs.

The bottom triangle represents "The Tree (Integrity)”: Seedlings must be nurtured and allowed to grow over time. There is no rushing the process.

The next triangle is “The Fire (Innovation)”: Knowledge and wisdom are as ancient as the fire that lights our world. We cannot forget to listen to teachings of experience.

The next higher triangle is “The Summit (Teamwork)”: It represents the uphill climb toward accomplishment, yet being respectful and mindful of the journey.

The top triangle is the “Tip of The Spear (Excellence)”: Leadership requires the courage of initiative and establishing plans for teamwork.
